I have stayed at The Brice on prior stays. We found the property to be in need of a light refresh. The hallways & elevator have visible damage. Some exterior doors need deep cleaning. Some of the patio furniture is worn or dirty. Our room was in very good shape except for the windows which were moldy, dirty & had moisture between the panes. We loved the bartender & enjoyed our craft cocktails & appetizers. The breakfast was exceptional. The eggs served on focaccia were a favorite. Overall, I would expect a bit more from a Kimpton property.

Great location and staff. The team is very resourceful, my wife and I enjoy the area and a good team makes all the difference. I would recommend maybe expanding your cocktail hour as well as coffee offering in the AM. Many of your hotels offer expanded drinks and appetizers, makes for an improved experience and will likely lead to increased foot traffic into the bar and restaurant area for dinner.

I loved the sitting areas to relax. No coffee in the rooms is a draw back However there is some in the lobby. Valet parking was the biggest expense.

Rooms were great and communal areas were nice. Restaurant looked good but we didn’t eat in it. Odd smell in the corridors which I think was from the pool. Overall nice hotel and good location.
