Traveled with our pooch, so Kimpton Brice was a top choice as they are dog friendly and don’t charge a pet fee, always a good thing. The reception desk staff were wonderful, especially Jason and Jakira. Great location to waterfront and downtown, walkable and away from the rowdier part of town. Got a great nights sleep. I like the hotel. I have stayed there several times before. The staff is extremely friendly and all is nice there. I hope they will repair the pealing paint and general wear and tear on the building - it’s not as top notch as it used to be.
