The hotel is a tad dated but fairly clean and you can’t beat the location!! The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! If you’re looking to do a lot of exploring and not a lot of lounging around then this is the perfect stay for you!

The location was amazing. Quick walk down the stairs and you were on the riverwalk. Trolly stop was just outside. Great area to walk around and see historic Savannah. The amazing staff were friendly, helpful, and hard working. Great free breakfast, free guest laundry, parking is available for small fee right behind the hotel. This hotel staff is a big reason I would say this is one of my best vacation. Highly recommend you stay here.

NEVER MET A RUDE HOTEL MANAGER BEFORE NOW! Terrible! I have been an IHG member for years and favored Staybridge UNTIL NOW! $50 for an extra 30 minutes.... ridiculous! And it was their employees fault I thought check out was an hour later. Why did I revieve no call, email nothing reminding me I was so late then. The manager could care less when I explained her employees told me the wrong time and was one of the most horrible human beings Ive ever met.... and that's bad.

Amazing property, Amazing staff.

Check in with smooth, we were greeted by Ms Nevada. She had a contagious laugh and a beautiful smile after a long day of traveling it was much needed. She helped us with all of our special arrangements, making check in a breeze. And Keewon, I believe he's maintenance keeping the floors spotless, took the time to recommend several places so we could enjoy our stay. Will definitely stay here again

Staff were great! Lobby and bar area are clean and updated. The halls and rooms need an overhaul. The carpet needs to be replaced. The kitchenette is outdated with some small chips in the dishes. The toilet seat moved and the flusher was loose. The location was ideal for both the river walk as well as the city walk and parks.

Good value and price

Nice property for the money in great location. Here is my advice. Get a room that is not facing the Main Street (not facing towards the river). It’s a busy street and noisy. The staff were very friendly.
