The staff were great. I wish I had known remodeling was happened- our hallway was all torn up. You could hear everything from the hallway, and the rooms next door/above. Also there was food in the fridge and a dirty (crumbs in it) wine glass… it made it feel very unclean.

Besides the renovation going on it was great as always! It’s going to look even nicer once it’s done. Very clean and if the hot water or coffee in the lobby was empty staff was quick to replace it. Staff was all very nice and we loved the lobby Christmas decorations.

We stay at this hotel twice a year when we fly to Mexico, normally everything is great. but this year the room heating did not work. We arrived after 12:30 AM. Just wanted to get some sleep before the drive 3 hours home. I told them in the morning and I believe they will fix the problem.
