Uncomfortable Room

There is nothing wrong with this hotel overall. It's a generic, clean property. Staff were friendly when I checked in. Facility is in nice condition. But the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were small, the upholstered chair was uncomfortable, and climate control in the room was loud. I did not enjoy being in the room, had a terrible night's sleep, and will not come back.

Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable also. Renovations are great except for only half the bathroom was remodeled. Why only update half??….shower/tub is old tile. A newly updated walk in shower would be very nice.

Good value for price and pretty

I would have given this 5 stars except pillowtop mattress was lumpy and shower had some small spots of black mold on the grout lines showing its age. Breakfast selection was excellent but the quality of the food was average. Pool was pretty clean. Beautifully landscaped outdoor courtyard and seating.

Not sure if the room was not on a daily schedule. For the most part everything was fine. But coffee etc. was not supplied daily. And towels not change. If it is not daily and it’s by requests the hotel should advise guests.

The room we reserved was not available. The staff at check in gave no information about the property ( breakfast, pool, etc). The hotel itself is in good condition, but the majority of rooms overlook the parking lot. Disappointed by the service at check in and the room location.

The hotel was nice! There was a little miscommunication about the room at first, but they were able to fix the additional charges in the end. However, be aware that the only elevator for getting to the second floor is a very long walk for someone who is handicap especially if your room is then all the way back the other direction. Which meant I had to walk the whole length of the hotel on the first floor, only to walk the whole length back to my room. I might suggest that when someone checks in that if you see they need a accessible room, you might ask also if being closer to the elevator is important as well as what shower they need. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay, beds were comfy and the quiet was peaceful
