We had a late arrival and were exhausted upon arrival. Greeting from the front desk was not cheerful at all. As a Hilton Honors member you are typically greeted with a couple bottles of water and the typical double tree warm cookies. Instead she notified us that parking would be 35.00 a day, quickly directed us to our room, gave us cold cookies. When asked if we could purchase water, she gave us one luke warm bottle though there was refrigerated bottles behind her. Would have gladly paid for those. Overall, not friendly, room was average, nothing to write home about and not nothing like what was shown on Expedia. Paid extra for a balcony facing the parking lot. Welcome to Seattle! There was no parking to be had for amount they charge and surprise upon leaving it was $40/day not $35 for a total of 8 hours of parking. Hilton can do much better.

Upon check in, was asked my name, gave it to him, phone rings he answers the phone, proceeds to help the person on the phone, finally gets back to me, he has totally forgotten my name, gets my details, does not offer ANY information, he tells me I am in room 817, physically writes down 821 on my card keys, DOES not offer any cookies, when I ask him about the shuttle service to the airport, he says they are going all night, I then ask if we need to reserve a spot on the shuttle, he says no, I then have to ask when the shuttle leaves, his reply is every 20 minutes, to which I ask do they leave on the hour? HONESTLY, I found it painful! PS. I did end up going to room 821, exactly what was written on my key envelope.
