Lobby is very small and the check in process along with guests trying to get a drink at the bar can be very crowded and overwhelming. There’s just no space to move around. Bunch of extra fees for a room service on top of the resort fee at the end of the stay just didn’t seem worth it when the service serviced was standard and not necessarily exceptional (like one of the waiter at the bar treated us like we’re on a fast food chain always in a hurry didn’t even smile nor made a friendly demeanor.)

We had booked for 2 queen beds and they gave us 2 double beds. On Friday night we asked about queen beds and the lady said that they have queen but they only had doubles available. Beds were small , not able to walk around bed , one side up against the wall.

Staff are amazing. No litter in front of the hotel, everyone was funny attentive and energetic. Check in was smooth. There was a huge event there with a hundred people in tuxedo tails and still check in was smooth and pleasant. Rooms was immaculate. Sheets were soft, bed was amazing. Loved every minute of it.

Essentially what you’re paying for is the downstairs lobby, which is was renovated beautifully. The rooms are outdated and lacking in amenities for what they charge a night. Our water was also completely shut off with no warning to us in the morning. No shower, sink or toilet, but luckily we had plans to be somewhere else that day. Just not the experience we were expecting and hoping for, so it will not be somewhere we return to for a stay when visiting Seattle.
