Deposit in hold for more than 16 days!

The hotel was good, we did not like the breakfast service, the hotel was under construction and we did check out like a 15 or 16 days ago and still have the deposit on hold and I don't understand why because we when un a cruise and came back and stay and another holiday inn in california and in 3 days the deposit was release.

Property was undergoing renovations and I didn't know ahead of time. The price should've been reduced because of this. Ice maker on my floor was out of order and we had to go the front desk for clean towels and washcloths due to housekeeping not cleaning our room.

Nice location. Just FYI the underground parking lot max height is 6'7". I did not know so i had to park at a public parking lot a couple blocks down the street. That was my only issue, aside from the construction happening. But the rooms are very clean and the location was great.

Rooms are clean and provide toilet trees which relieves a lot of stress. Fridge in the room was very small. They charge a $25 per car for parking but it was very convenient. Surprisingly, house keeping did not knock and the phones did not work to call for room service so we had to go down for toilet paper. Very close to WAMU theater, but overpriced compared to other hotels.

The property was under construction and has dust all over. The construction area was closed off by a piece of ripped plastic . Our window was exposed to other rooms. The room smelled moldy and musky. Do not recommend.

Great stay and good location for sight seeing.

The staff was very friendly, informative, and welcoming. The property was going through a renovation but it didn't effect our stay. Parking was nice and secure, underground. The room was clean and spacious. Overall i would definitely stay here again.
