Make sure to ask for shampoo

The room smelled terrible and the mattress was sunken in. The Wi-Fi was down and the guy at the front desk at night played clueless about it and was very disrespectful. If you want shampoo, make sure to ask for it at the front desk.

Couldn’t hear the TV because heater fan ran non-stop. Even turning up volume to 50. Pillows are like boards and one bed had springs sticking up. Very clean though.

Our first hotel room was dusty and upon walking in there was a horrific urine smell. I gagged and immediately had to walk out. The front desk lady was an angel and upgraded us to a new room that was much better!!

Clean but…Our door didn’t close right. The shower curtain was short so the floor was soaked. The hair dryer I had to borrow from the front desk didn’t work. No shampoo, soap or anything else normally supplied in a hotel room. You get what you pay for.
