Reception was lukewarm. I asked for a shuttle to the airport at 3am; I was flatly told no shuttle until 7. This was not mentioned on their website. Coffee pot was dirty and had a used coffee pod in it. No tissues, couldn’t get the TV to work. Overall, not a comfortable stay

Didn’t know about the $100 CASH ONLY deposit until I got to the front desk to check in. Shuttle to the airport only runs during certain hours. The whole reason I booked there was so I could have a shuttle to the airport for my flight And I wasn’t able to. Very misleading

Booked for airport shuttle services and lower price for overnight layover at airport. Barely made last shuttle on arriving night flight 10:30pm and no shuttle available for early flight. Had to get Uber. Shuttle services 9am-11pm. If i remember correctly.
