Had to wait nearly an hour for someone to be at front desk to assist us with check in. Were given a dirty room and basically told to cross our fingers it would be clean had to wait to have this remedied as it was in fact dirty. The room we were given was allegedly non smoking but smelt terrible. Overall horrible experience and would not go back and also was refused a refund eventhough we did NOT stay the full duration we boomed for.

Had a several hour airport layover so booked room to get a few hour sleep before next flight. I booked this hotel because it said 'airport shuttle'. I went to stop waited, every hotel came except this one. I called and lady said over hour wait, as they were busy. I waited over 1 1/2 hours. No show. I called, called and no one ever answered call line or hotel line. I never made it to the hotel. Asking for refund. They don't answer phones.

We liked that we were checked in promptly and the room was clean. Had trouble with our cards not working, but they gave us new ones. The shower did not work well, it was low water pressure and was too hot or too cold, no in between. The cleaning service people were nice and helpful.

mini fridge, coffee maker but no stove, tv, nice bedroom, and even thou got early to check in the front desk lady was not present so had to wait from 9pm to 11:30pm almos 12 am next day and she did not gave us a credit for that night lost. where she was do not know, but I guess she needs help on giving services maybe an additional employee.

It is a motel not hotel

How expensive in Seattle area, the money we paid we didn’t expect so much anyway. Hotel is located very closed to The Airport, hotel clerk we met she was a very pleasant person to talk and ask. Night time it is different story, whoever was loud and very talkative she waking me up few times during the night. The picture I saw with this review is very wrong. Motel 6 is a motel not hotel, wondering where is that room(?). Room I was not in near that picture.
