I didn't get the breakfast because I was 5 minutes late. The receptionist would even give me a bagel or yogurt because he said it was locked up. At least, he could have been a little amenable to his just making a little effort on Christmas.

Room was ok, there was an off and on loud hum that woke us up from time to time.. we realized in the morning that it was the fridge. Breakfast sandwich was limited to one per person(which no one in my party got to try) also breakfast pictured on Expedia is no where near what it was... Small spread of cereal, milk, 2 different bagels to heat up, and orange juice. Maybe update the picture to match what is actually offered?

Every hallway I walked looked dirty like it hadn't been valcumed in forever. The red lions used to have exceptional quality rooms back in the day, and it just seems like the value of the property.And the upkeep has definitely gone down in quality.. sorry to see this.

It was an okay stay for one night. I didn’t appreciate that the parking is $15/night but the parking is not monitored. Glass beer bottles laying around, cars look abandoned and very noisy with people going in and out

Customer service was great with couples of people.Rooms were very clean and well maintained but the hallways was not well vacuum and deodorized I couldn’t remember the one Gentleman man but he is in his late 60. He was very kind and welcoming . Angie worked Sunday the 16th in the morning was superb. We noted mold on the muffin but she apologized and assured us that it must have been an oversight but she gave us asurrance which make us pleased to want to return back. Is a nice place to stay if those concerns are addressed. Thank you
