We stayed in a suite. Overall, this was a a okay stay. There were a couple of things that we didn’t like. First, the night we checked in we noticed that there was no blanket for the pull-out sofa bed. We went down to the front desk to ask if we could have one and the guy said “no.” One word. No “sorry, that’s against our policy,” or “we don’t have any extras at the moment.” Just “no.” In contrast, the woman the next morning said “of course” and rushed to get us one (she was awesome). Maybe there was a language barrier or something. Anyway, the only other complaints are that the hot tub was lukewarm… but the pool was the same temperature, which was kind of awesome, although probably not on purpose. We didn’t get to use the hot tub and would have chosen to stay somewhere else if we knew it wouldn’t be hot. There are a lot of hobos in the area, but that’s a Kent thing and not really something they have control over. The grounds were tidy, as were the building and the room. Overall, it could have been better, but it was okay.

Not good this time 😕

Not a good stay this time. My room smelled like someone smoked pot in it. I talked to the front desk and they did nothing. Someone was beating on there door at 2am very loud and calling there roommate name.

My room had not hot water. The staff was nice enough to move my room to a room that had enough warm water for a 3 minute shower. Hallways always had people wandering, not looking like they were staying there. Everything smelled like cigarette smoke.

So expedia and this property take $72 dollars Of my account when I refuse to stay there for the policy the they were unable to provide it to about the deposit when I didn’t say when I booked the room. And so never stay and still don’t wona give my money back after 3 months they keep denying my bank for my claim so I don’t recommend. And the front desk service it’s not good

This property reeked of smoke from the moment I walked in. The entry light flickered when we got into the room. The furniture was very tired. The shower curtain was broken/sagging. There were ants swarming one of the night stands, and in the bathroom. When I called about it, the staff did nothing to remedy it. We bought our own antibacterial wipes. We also wiped down the vinyl ottoman, and it was pretty dirty. The breakfast was sad and included no protein. They only provided toast, pancake, two kinds of cereals, coffee, orange juice and milk. We didn’t do the breakfast. I used the workout room, which was also tired. I tried to use the sauna, but it didn’t seem to be working correctly. The pool and jacuzzi looked a little dirty. We didn’t use them. The bed was comfortable enough. You could hear the highway and the trucks at the neighboring gas station. I slept with my own ear plugs to sleep the first night. All in all, it was a so-so hotel stay. I think it was over priced and I won’t stay here again.

I love the fact The staff isn't all up in your business I'm a private person I don't like people in my room and they were very respectful of this. The only complaint I have is the rooms aren't all that clean I had to come in with my own cleaning supplies and clean to have it up to my standards which would be a normal person standards
