Friendly & welcoming staff. Airport shuttle/driver/staff communication was no hassle. My room was very nice & clean, just needed a minor carpet shampooing. That's the only reason I gave this location 4 stars for cleanliness. Close to the airport with a 24hr gas station next door, bus stop right in front, & other convenient food options nearby

I call to make sure they had tranportation to tge airport i was told every hour before 5am and then it went to every 20 minutes, Wrong No Transportation till 5am ,I walked the 10 minute walk good thing it wasnt Raining

The room we stayed in had an excellent bed. The noise from the party upstairs in the middle of the night (2am) was easily conducted through the floor, which was unfortunate. The hallways could certainly be cleaner, but the room itself wasn't bad. The shuttle guy dropped us at the wrong area at the airport in the morning, so perhaps he needs to review airport zones. But the walk wasn't too bad, as we weren't late. The hotel is VERY convenient to the airport. Shuttle service was handy.

Property was not clean. The staff at check in was not open and understanding. Ended up charging me again due to the third party system wasn’t communicating with them which isn’t my problem. Also, charging for parking? Not the best idea. Also, my room, 316, the deadbolt lock was not installed properly. So I had to prop an object against the door and the wall to make sure things were secure before going to bed. Not super happy about that mostly due to the unsafeness of the room.
