Laundry was adequate & the pool and hot tub were great. I was offered a bottle of water after we settled into our room but not any extras. Matthew was very helpful with our questions & offered us a cord to charge my fone when there was no outlet for charging in our room, he deserves a raise! This is our 1st stay at a Sonesta & it was an impressive facility, however, we were surprised there was no complimentary coffee or breakfast.

We loved our stay there we will be using this motel again for the price it was amazing. We did have a problem with one of the outlets in the vanity area they took care of it within minutes!
