This is an older property ready for a makeover. However, it was clean and the service was excellent. The bar/restaurant was also very good. I would absolutely stay here again.

The room was beautiful itself, the bed was very comfortable and it smelled great in the room. The staff were also extremely kind and friendly. We really disliked the shower though. The lay out was quite unfortunate because although it looked nice it was not functional. The shower doesn’t have a door because it’s open concept but that resulted in us having to use the lowest shower setting to avoid splashing out of the shower to the sink but even then the whole bathroom floor got wet every time we showered. The room phone was also filthy which was gross.

Everything was great about our short stay, first time at this hotel. The only complaint is that the front desk at check in did a sort of hard sell on upgrading our room (for a cost) and did not honor my Gold Status and the promotion that Hotels.com offered when I booked. We did not accept the added cost for an upgrade as we were only a one night stay. However, upon checking out, the agent actually charged us the upgrade cost. Something that should have been free due to the offer the hotel made through Hotels.com. Aside from this, it is a great hotel, clean, comfortable, well located. Would stay again.

Absolutely phenomenal. Dascha at the front desk was so attentive and some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. The hotel is stunning with local art and beautiful modern decorations. My room was beautiful with spectacular views of the Puget Sound & a little city view. The bathtub and the shower were sooo nice, I was actually able to stretch in the tub which is rare due to my height. The bed was insanely cozy and conveniently angled so when you wake up you looked right outside towards to water. A/C & heat system was amazing. They provided cold water 24/7 in the lobby, valet was very nice though it’s a tad expensive. I would’ve liked some hooks in the shower for washcloths or loofahs.. the water temp could get a littttle hotter in the shower.. was a little disappointed there was no microwave and the fridge was filled with stuff for purchase so couldn’t really store much in there, it didn’t get very cold either. Other than that, I had such a nice stay. I can’t wait to be back. One of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

We stayed at a 2- queen bedroom. Room was huge for a family of 4. Lighting could be a bit brighter and parking on site was expensive but given the prime area, it was expected. We ended up parking in a lot nearby. Otherwise, comfortable stay.
