Excellent staff and property! For my 1st time in Seattle, everything was better than I expected! The view of downtown from our room on the 28th floor was amazing during the day and night! Definitely my 1st choice when I will visit again!

Great stay and will be back. but unfortunately room 3138 bed was broke and should be replaced. You would think this hotel mgmt would check the rooms for wallpaper coming off the walls etc. this should be reported by hotel cleaning staff to their management to be replaced. Hopefully are stay next time is better. Otherwise the property was great and around a lot of good spots to eat and shop. Hotel concierge with destination package was helpful.
