Front desk was incompetent. Sent us to the wrong tower for our room. Elevator requires card scan, no one said that and no signs to tell you. Room had a desk chair that was falling apart, bathroom fan did not work, and the bathroom mirror was pealing on all 4 corners. Severe disappointment for $430 a night

This hotel is centrally located that makes it easy to walk to Pikes Market, the pier area, Space Needle and Chihuly glass garden. The light rail is nearby and makes it easy to get to the stadiums. The service was excellent by all the staff.

Great location and staff. Upon our arrival, they gave us a free room upgrade. The staff was very polite and professional. The concierge staff was the best in providing information and guidance to seeing the sights we wanted to visit. The hotel restaurant (Relish) was very good. They even have a Starbucks, although the do not participate in the Starbucks Reward program. Ordering room service was easy and the food was the same high quality as the restaurant. I would book this place especially if you were going on a cruise ship too.
