The front desk staff and manager were rude and indifferent. Only reason I stayed here was the hot tub which was closed. No hot water in the shower. Desk tacks on parking & other fees at check-in and refused to provide itemized for charges they keep out of the "damage deposit". Nasty, dated wallpaper and carpet, old mattresses . Did I mention that the front desk staff would be excellent starting place to implement AI robots? As in "Any Intelligence"!?

The shower had no hot water at all and the shower head was literally a trickle of water with barely any water pressure. The gym in the evening was so dark and all the lights were really dim or burnt out so I had to use my phone flashlight to be able to see.

Best spot for the New Year’s fireworks at the Space Needle, we didn’t need to squeeze in the crowd, or park anywhere. The only thing is that you can hear everything from the next room.
