The room that we were in is was on the older side. I do realize that Sedona is expensive but my daughter and I truly felt that the $700 plus dollars we spent on two nights was not worth it. The breakfast was very lovely that was included and the property is in a good location. The staff was also very wonderful. It really comes down to the older looking outdated room, uncomfortable pillows, and sheets with pilling all over them from being older. We did have an issue of a storm that came in and we happened to be by the drain and it was really loud with he rain and they accommodated us by having us move rooms because we could not sleep with the noise.

Old, sad outdated rooms with pet stains.

Very dated and dark rooms. A large pet stain on the floor greeted us every morning. The bathroom was so dated and sad. No way to get a bathroom that old and ugly to feel clean. The breakfast was hard to find and confusing. We will never stay here again.

The room was nice but the shower was cold in the morning, the TV, fridge console was very wobbly and made a lot of noise when you walked past it. I felt sorry for the people under us. Getting the fire table lit took a little and then the tank ran out fast, we had to call again, this time the staff came faster to replace it. The staff at the desk at check in and the concierges desk were very helpful and nice. Over all it was a nice stay.

Arabella Sedona

Hotel staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable but the lighting was uneven and there no drawers for putting clothes away and out of sight. There was no basket set aside for recyclables. The hotel has no elevator though staff offered to move our luggage for us.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is superb, and the customer service is excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and we especially appreciated the complimentary bicycles. We enjoyed a lovely ride to Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village. Highly recommended!

Sedona stay

Spacious and comfortable room though a bit dark. Well located walking distance from shops, restaurants and galleries. The hotel breakfast was very good and offered many options. I loved the hill behind the hotel where you could hike up to see the sunset and amazing views all around. There were also daily activities including live music (free), massages (for a fee) as well as other things we didn’t do. Adjacent to a nice 3 mile hiking trail. They also offered good ideas for hikes and local restaurants. I would stay here again.

There was nothing VIP access about this hotel. I also got a shrug of the shoulders from the staff at the reception desk, when I told them about the shower running out of water. Absolutely no danger this hotel is anything approaching VIP access but the location is legit. They are trading on former glories.
