The property that was acquired; is in ok shape, the pool steps in and out are not to code, bar was loose and unstable as was the same with the entrance gate opposite the the front part of pool . The step is way to derp, needs another step built not in code !

The property had natural areas - real grass on the lawn, hummingbird feeders, trails off the parking lot. There were “pool parties,” a singer in the evening, etc., but everything quieted down before it was very late. There were kid- and dog-friendly features. The property looked like a converted motel.

Hotels.com claims the room price includes "Total with Taxes & Fees", but that's not true. Also Arabella Hotel did not tell us about the "Recreation Fee" when we checked in. We were charged an additional $135 for 5 nights when we checked out.

Right from check in the staff made us feel like family. Very friendly, helpful and genuinely appeared to love their jobs. Views of Sedona's beautiful red rocks are all around the property. Everything was so clean and kept in great shape. We had a wonderful and relaxing time. I would love to rate Arabella even higher. We will be back again.
