For some reason, our reservation was canceled without our knowledge. But thankfully, the staff took care of it and got us our rooms without any hassle. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large, clean, newly renovated, and very comfortable. Great accommodations, service and staff! I would definitely recommend this place!

Pros- front desk was helpful and quick. Jedediah was kind and helpful during check in and out. Room was clean and comfortable. A nice and delicious restaurant is in walking distance as well as a small coffee shop. They have an onsite restaurant as well that we did not try. Cons- pool and hot tub closed at the time, not their fault as it was being maintained. I needed feminine hygiene products unexpectedly and their were none available either for purchase or at no charge. Parking can be a challenge if your not great at parallel parking as traditional spots full up quickly. Over all a great place with great location.

Yes, but after being told specifically that their hit tub and pool would be available, thry we’re closed for “scheduled maintenance” and we’re in fact drained. We have stayed many years with wonderful stays- but we go because our elderly mother uses the hot tub. Thry we’re misleading or very much uninformed. New renovations have also removed the room hot tubs and fireplaces but thry are still charging extra for a “deluxe” room with these upgrades.

Everything was fabulous! The grounds were well kept n had you wanting to meander around to see the sculptures and plantings. Lots of activities for all ages. Richard at the front desk, Michael at concierge. The ladies at the spa - Joyce at the desk, Karli and Anna our massage therapists. Food at the Spoke n Wheel was delicious. Many little extras - It all made u want to linger at the resort and NOT leave! Close to beautiful views, shopping and attractions. I had read some not so good reviews...BUT I cant think of 1 bad thing...and wanted people to know how well we liked it here! I will highly recommend this Hilton to my friends
