Beautiful well-stocked house and indoor Pickleball!

We stayed here with two kids (17 and 20) and loved it. The house was well-stocked with amenities, clean and spacious. Each morning we watched the hot air balloons rise across the hills. The extra value at this house though is the spectacular indoor pickleball court. Such a fun amenity for an active group. The location is a little bit out from Sedona, but only 10 minutes back to the grocery or restaurants. Great spot!

Sooo Relaxing!

We planned a girls trip to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The house was perfect for the three of us. It was outfitted with everything we needed. We loved sitting on the porch, soaking in the tubs, playing pickleball and sleeping in the comfy beds. Book your trip now!Our hosts were wonderful and very helpful.

Beautiful spacious desert retreat

Amazing property in a beautiful location just outside west Sedona! Lots of room for our family to spread out and lots of fun things for the kids to do. One of the best stocked kitchens I’ve had in a rental and a phenomenal deck for relaxing and hanging out. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place close to great hikes but quiet and peaceful!

Beautiful clean house

This house is even better than the pictures. We had 8 people with us and never once felt cramped. We had 3 kids, and they pretty much lived in the game room. It was so nice to have that space. The deck was our favorite feature and where we spent the majority of our time. It was a little bit outside the city while still be close. We would highly recommend to any one looking to book.

AMAZING!

This house is 10 minutes from town if that. It has the best floorplan for families or adult couples. We travelled with my kids & brother for Christmas. Everyone had their own space. The pictures do not do this property justice. Each area had large TVs, was equipped with everything you would need….laundry supplies, fully stocked kitchen, extra linens, showers stocked with shampoos/body wash. The grounds are super private & so nice. I will recommend this house to everyone who asks about the Sedona area.

Amazing location and property!

This was our first time in Sedona and we had a great experience! The property was 15 minutes max from every hike and was so close to Uptown. Communication with the property managers was excellent and everything with the check in process was smooth. We loved the aesthetic and character of the home and would absolutely rent this again next time we’re in Sedona. The only drawback was the Wifi signal was not great but other than that it was a great experience!

Great Private Location

This property was well suited to our gang of seven. The house is located off the beaten path in a quiet area of West Sedona with great views of Red Rock State Park. The rooms and living areas were just as described and pictured. We had plenty of space for our combined family group. There were adequate supplies to cook in the home, and lots of seating all around. The location was easy to find, and a great center point for visiting Flagstaff, the Grand Canyon, Phoenix, and (of course) Sedona.

Pros: We loved the location. House was very nice, did have a good view. Well stocked with items needed. Viewed hot air balloons taking off at sunrise each morning. Cons: The pictures in the listing make it seem like it's very private but it's not. It's a lot closer to other houses than we thought it would be. We thought the deep soak tubs would be facing red rocks by the listing pictures but the pic of the rocks in the listing are actually half a mile away and can only be seen by the living room window. The tubs face a neighbor's back porch. My husband filled up the deep soak tubs for us one evening at sunset and the neighbor behind us was sitting on her porch looking at us. We put up towels on the porch railing to have some more privacy when we got in the tubs. The tubs also weren't very warm as the hot water heater seemed to run out of hot water. We had a Luke warm soak.

Family Vacation

My husband and I were excited to find this property in Sedona. Our young adult children each had their own space with plenty of family gathering space to enjoy together. We spent much time outside grilling and enjoying the water tubs. It was close to downtown but also convenient to travel to Cottonwood to tour the vineyards.

I was so lucky to be the first guest to this house!!! 1.Very close to all the attracions ,save the time in our trip. 2.The owner prepared everything your wanted in the house,I was so appriciated about that. 3.The house was so cozy and clean,even the backyard.There were many entertaiments in another living room,the kids had great fun there. I recommend this house to our friends if they go to Sedona.I love this house ,this place,good trip!
