Très décevant

Cet hôtel est très loin d'être un 5 étoiles. Accueil sans finesse et brusque. Air climatisé dans la chambre bruyant et défecteux : après notre signalement, le commis nous a dit qu'il fallait attendre pour que le bruit cesse. Le problème persistait et on nous a offert une nouvelle chambre. On voulait que nous passions d'une chambre spacieuse et lumineuse à une cellule de moine étroite et obscure. Nous avons refusé, et on nous a trouvé une chambre plus grande dans un bâtiment attenant, sans aucun charme. Nous avons demandé de récupérer la première chambre lorsque le problème de la climatisation serait réglé, mais avons appris le surlendemain que la chambre avait été attribuée à d'autres clients... Au final, toute la climatisation des chambres est insuffisante. Fenêtres sales, salle de bain absolument non fonctionnelle avec jets dans la douche qui éclaboussent toute la pièce et rend le plancher très glissant. Spa payant (prix exhorbitant alors que nous sommes clients de l'hôtel). Terrasse extérieure lamentable avec gazon artificiel et conduit d'aération à côté des tables. Seul attrait : la vue sur la vallée.

The staff weren’t polite- when I asked reception to show me the gym she told me to change first I said I’d like to go now to see it and she said you can’t workout in that and was rude to me- I only workout depending. On what’s in the gym its pointless changing and then I can’t even do my workout it’s reasonable to be asked to be shown the gym and not told like a child to get dressed first. I had paid for breakfast at the hotel, I needed to leave early the next morning and I got told they only serve breakfast at 8 which was too late and the breakfast packed for me was a dry bread with cheese and some juice and fruit that’s not worth the price. There’s no usb ports and the tv doesn’t allow for streaming

Lovely staycation

Ideal hotel for me. Out of the crowd. Tuck in a quiet alley and beautiful view from the room. The room is spacious and clean. Bathroom amenities is great. Shower space is spacious. Parking is available from the hotel and 15 euros per day. It is a covered carpark and connected to the hotel. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. I appreciate very much their prompt assistance to my needs. Will return to this hotel for sure on my next visit. Thank you for taking care of us. To all the staff, thank you. PS- the porter staff is helpful too.

The worst service ever, nice hotel and location but very rude! We had (my family) more than 20 rooms for a niece’s wedding for the weekend and they couldn’t accommodate one room for my elderly mother for one hour late checkout, unbelievable!!
