Beautiful house with pool and garden in Moscari.
The house, distributed on one floor, has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with integrated kitchen. It is a perfect house to travel as a couple and stands out for its comfort, tranquility and its surroundings.
The terrace has a large private pool, a solarium area with two hammocks and a fantastic furnished porch with direct access to the living room. In this area, you can relax in silence and enjoy the good climate of the island.
The house is located next to the beautiful village of Moscari, a small charming town belonging to Selva.
Selva is located at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, a World Heritage Site. There you will find some restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Every Wednesday the weekly market is held, a perfect occasion to buy fresh fruits and vegetables or crafts. Inca is the nearest city, less than 10 minutes by car. There you will find a wide range of leisure activities. As for the surroundings, it is worth visiting the picturesque villages of Caimari or Mancor de la Vall. In addition, in less than 30 minutes by car, you will reach any area of the north coast of the island, where you can enjoy the endless sandy beaches and crystal clear waters such as the Bay of Alcudia or other smaller and exclusive beaches. Like those of Bonaire, Mal Pas or Manresa. It is also close to one of the most sought after tourist areas of the island, Port de Pollença, where you will find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Sehr ruhige Lage, Haus mit Minimalausstattung
Küche hat eine Minimalausstattung für 2 Personen. Korkenzieher z.B. hat gefehlt.
Müll muss selbst in den nächsten Ort gefahren werden.
Begrüßt wurden wir mit einem großen Obstkorb.
Vermietungsagentur hat sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert.
Insgesamt fehlt jedoch der Luxusfaktor für diesen Preis.
