Beautiful property located in a quiet and ancient village with great charm. The property is situated in Caimari, a small town with less than 1,000 inhabitants that preserves the charm of old Mallorcan villages, with stone streets and houses and the beautiful Tramuntana mountain range surrounding it, making the area ideal for excursions and discovering the deeper Mallorca. Additionally, in Caimari, you will find small local shops. If what you want is to enjoy a good atmosphere, in Inca, a city located less than 10 minutes by car from the property, you will find a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants, and large supermarkets.



The property has a completely private swimming pool and large grounds with a garden and terrace, ideal for enjoying with children. Additionally, you can enjoy beautiful views of the Sierra de Tramuntana, declared a World Heritage Site. Inside the house, you will find four bedrooms with capacity for 8 people, 3 bathrooms with shower, fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living-dining room.



-As you may already know, in some areas there is a mandatory payment tax called ecotax, used by public bodies for environmental preservation. In the Balearic Islands, we must charge this tax to our clients, the amount is €2 per night and per person up to eight nights, from the ninth night onwards €1 will be charged per night and per person.



-If the booking is made through Homeaway or Booking, a 30% advance payment will be requested. Nevertheless, you have 15 days before your arrival to cancel without penalty.
