As a stylish and charming oasis with original, very high quality and artistic amenities, the house CA SES NINES is situated in a very quiet side street on the outskirts of the popular and traditional village of Selva at the foot of the Tramuntana. From clad with precious slates entrance area you reach the first and ground floor one bedroom with two single beds. In the hallway there is a bathroom with modern shower and the stairs in the rustic vaulted cellar with large dining table and adjoining laundry. The hallway leading from the upstairs stairway is open plan and without handrails. Furthermore the ground floor is the open plan living area with a German satellite TV and internet access to the dining area and a tasteful and fully equipped kitchen adjoins. From here you get to the covered terrace and into the courtyard, where a steinvertäfelter small pool area for refreshment and relaxation ensures on hot days.
Upstairs are the other bedrooms, each with two beds and two bathrooms, one adjacent to the spacious fitted directly master bedroom and with bath. At this level, a more comfortable and furnished terrace with a stunning panoramic views is located in the island's interior. This view can be enjoyed also from a higher floor reading room with panoramic window in the attic.
The whole house is equipped with air conditioning units (hot / cold). The use is optional and has to be paid separately.
From the house you can reach in a few minutes walk to the main square of the village with a few bars and shops. The place is not only popular with hikers and cyclists who appreciate the proximity of the mountains. The convenient location of Selva is also quickly reached by car, the neighboring town of Inca with numerous restaurants, stores of all major supermarkets and major medical facilities. About the highway connecting Inca even the sea or the capital Palma in less than half an hour by car can be reached.
