This cosy Villa is located in one of the most peaceful areas of Mallorca, ideal for nature lovers and for those who want to enjoy the rural atmosphere of Mallorca away from mass tourism.

The property is located on the outskirts of the small village of Selva in the centre of the island and by car you can quickly reach everywhere. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are available for the greatest comfort and relaxation of guests after a pleasant walk or hike through the incredible and beautiful Tramuntana mountains. The property has air conditioning in all rooms and in the dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, barbecue and private pool.

Enjoy the cosy Villa with its well-maintained outdoor area. You can relax by the pool or enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace.

Here you can enjoy a relaxing holiday on a farm near the typical Mallorcan village "Selva". The village has around 3,500 inhabitants and is located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, about 5 km north of the village "Inca" and northwest of the island's capital "Palma de Mallorca". The village is built on a hill and next to the church there is a stepped path that goes up the mountain from where you can enjoy a wonderful view. There are several cafés and restaurants around the market. The village invites you to stroll peacefully, away from tourism and hustle and bustle. The very contemplative, typically Mallorcan village in the northwest of Mallorca shows itself, like the holiday island of Mallorca itself, in many facets, surrounded by an extensive landscape and the foothills of the Tramuntana mountain range and inspires each holidaymaker.

For hikers and nature lovers, but also for sports cyclists, families with children and all those looking for a quiet place to relax and disconnect, the area around "Selva" is the right destination.

The villa is great - everything you need for a long stay.

Location is perfect. It is close enough to walk into Selva where there are a couple of good restaurants and bars. There is a train station which is really easy to use and gets you into Palma, Alcúdia etc.

Leuk verblijf gehad op een goed gelegen plek!

De locatie van het huis dicht tegen de bergen is heel fijn en heel centraal gelegen voor leuke uitstappen! Wel dichtbij een straat maar stoort niet! De grootte van het huis was heel goed. Airco, zwembad, waren heel welkom bij de warmte! Heel vriendelijk onthaald bij aankomst en stond steeds open voor vragen.

Authentische Finca in zauberhafter Umgebung!

Sehr saubere, gepflegte Finca, Garten und Anlage in der wunderbaren Gegend um Selva. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage, die Aussicht ist zauberhaft, auf das Bergdorf Selva, die Tramuntana sowie bis zum Meer. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Es ist an alles gedacht und wir wurden sogar mit frischen Blumen aus dem Garten und kleinen Leckereien begrüßt. Eine wirkliche Empfehlung für Liebhaber der ländlich ruhigen Region am Fuße der Tramuntana - perfekt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge über die gesamte Insel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
