Roaches!!!

Decided to stay at this hotel given the proximity to Myeongdong street. Checked in and found room was much smaller than others we stayed at before. We found mulitple live roaches in a span of a couple of days and told front desk about it. They reached behind and gave me a can of roach spray suggesting it is a common problem. They also said someone would stop by for pest control which ended up being a worker who arrived with toilet paper and roach spray. What?!! Given the nature of roaches, we believed there were much more than what we saw and asked the front desk for a discount because we paid for a habitable room and not one with pests that impact human health. They declined to make it right, unfortunately. Would definitely NOT recommend if you care about sleeping with roaches.

The rooms are kinda small, which is typical of hotels at this price point. The staff are kind, helpful and outstanding. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom door doesn't close properly and the bathroom floor gets wet after we take a shower. And this applies all the 3 rooms that I booked.

The hotel and staff were exceptional. We were lucky enough to stay in 2 of the Suites on the 18th floor. Huge and comfortable. Location was near everything. The manager and check in staff were friendly and helpful. We will tell our friends to stay here!

Excellent staff and housekeeping service. Hotel is very close to the metro station and plenty of shopping from street vendors to high-end luxury stores. Great location

Hotel is very close to main shopping areas & restaurants. Rooms are very small & layout quite weird. Check in was just ok & did not find front desk personnel very knowledgeable. Restaurant personnel was all great & very pleasant. Rooms could use better sound proof walls, as rooms so small & I could hear shower in the next room
