Very nice hotel for me as American traveler. Staff very helpful. Nice breakfast. Very quiet. Clean. Towels and water provided every day. Great little market right next door. Tons of restaurants nearby. Also close to Sinchon Station and Ehwa university exit on line 2. This is my second time here. Would be happy to come again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt safe in the building. The free breakfast was delicious. The room was plain but it had the essentials. It took time for me to get used to the bed and the wet bathroom. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The distance was close to EHWA.

We asked for extra pillows 2 or 3 times never received them. The housekeeping service barely made the bed and the breakfast was not good quality. Would not recommend could hardly see out of the window

For the price, it was a great stay. Clean and comfortable. The AC worked and the hot water. We even got a bath tub which was unexpected but a lovely surprise! Also the bottled water at our door in the morning was great too.

Pictures deceiving! Bathrooms are filled w/ mold!

There was black mold in the bathroom. It exacerbated my respiratory condition. When we reported it to the front desk, he tried to change our room however the new room was also filled with black mold. The front desk has been aware of this existing problem but refused to refund us as we checked out early and did not stay the remainder of our trip. We had to pay out of pocket for a different hotel. The pictures and high ratings are very deceiving. I absolutely did not expect the poor quality and condition based on the pictures advertising the property. Terrible experience would not recommend.

Hele hotellet var dækket i en heftig parfumelugt. Jeg ved ikke, om det skulle dække over muglugt, men det gjorde det svært at trække vejret. Udover det var der stille, betjeningen var venlig, og der var mulighed for sen indtjekning. Det basale var ellers ok. Jeg fik kun den koreanske morgenmad med ris, grønkål, røde bønner, som var fin. Den vestlige bestod af toastbrød, toastost, skinke, indpakkede fabriksprodukter. Men kan selv varme mad i en mikroovn.

When I booked a room on Expedia, I was under the impression that there would be an electric kettle in the room. There was no kettle in the room. Apparently the hotel has changed its policies. The breakfast was decent but a little too basic for the price that you pay. On a more positive note, I liked the spaciousness of the room.
