Loved that it was an apartment that allowed my family to be in one space. It was clean and staff was very helpful. We also loved the washer/dryer. However, it was minimally stocked with only one pot and pan. There was no cutting board and the knives were not that sharp. If you’re eating out mostly, it’s a perfect space. If you plan on really using the kitchen, then it will be lacking. Overall, it worked for us. We were there in Jan where it’s freezing outside, but the place was so warm and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the location. Presently, there is construction starting to happen next door. We barely heard it unless we opened the window, but I would imagine to be more disturbing as the building continues into other phases.

The hotel was in a convenient location, just a few minutes away from jongno 3-ga and jonggak station. Front desk staff was also friendly and helpful. However, large improvement is required for the housekeeping team. Not only did they not clean up toilets thoroughly, leaving hair around the floor, they also did not close my room door properly. I was shocked to find my door unlocked when I returned. Also, no bottles of water or water dispensers are provided.

I stayed with my family in 2019, and at that time the room was cleaner, the furniture was in better condition, and the staff were more attentive. During this stay, the staff have been polite and responsive to questions, but they have not been particularly helpful in resolving issues. Still, I will stay again and suggest to anyone who would enjoy multi bedrms.

Orakai Insadong Suites is strategically located in the heart of Insadong but so close to Iksedong, Myeondong, Bukcheon, etc. The room we rented had a spectacular view of the palace, blue house and city. It was spacious and comfortable. Having a large kitchen and refrigerator helped us enjoy dining in as well. Washing machine/dryer was very helpful. Didn't have to bring as much clothes. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Speaking in English as well as Korean was appreciated. We will definitely stay again at Orakai. First time trying the brand and it totally exceeded our expectations.

Everything was great. Location by lots of shops and restaurants. Taxis are available and quick or mass transit is near. Many attractions are within walking distance. Hotel is clean and spacious. Great for families. We had a kitchen that was furnished and clean. Desk staff was very nice and they had english speakers for foriegn tourists like us. All great!
