The location is convenient, and the room is spacious and very clean. However, upon checking in, we discovered an issue with the air conditioning. It took an hour before they finally moved us to another room. The staff lacked a proactive attitude in handling the problem and there is definitely room for improvement.

The room has no safe deposit box. For us foreign travelers, it's inconvenient to carry all valuables and important documents when going out. The hotel was too noisy during daytime due to renovation works. Should inform the guests beforehand. Not much of facilities available. A bit overpriced with all the above shortcomings. Only positive things are the hotel is brand new so all decors were in top condition and good location to eateries.
