The most confusing hotel as it is split into two distinct campuses with different services and options across a road from each other. You need to take a shuttle cart to get between them. It just needs completely splitting as calling it one hotel makes it worse and more confusing. The outdoor pool was closed 'because it is winter'. It was 28C and very humid. The answer... you can use the indoor pool. But can you find it in the other hotel? You can use the other outdoor pool, but you can only do lanes (it's part of the gym) and do you have a swimming cap in your bag as that is mandatory? The kids were disappointed as it is sold as a 'resort hotel'. It isn't anything of the sort. The gym facilities are good but they're mainly sold to the local community and the changing facilities are sooooo confusing.
We arrived early afternoon. Can you get food? Anywhere? All eateries are closed but you can walk to the 'other hotel' and get food there. This is supposedly a 5 star hotel. There's no food and no leisure pool. The grounds were completely taken over by weddings so you couldn't use those either... thank goodness for being positioned between the new K11 shopping development and the Seaworld area (not a theme park). Both 10 minutes walk away and with far better options to eat and drink. The Hilton was a let down if I'm honest. There were nice (ageing) rooms. A few blocked drains and a stupid organisation of 'wings' which are separate hotels aside, the place is OK. But not great.
