Nice place in Shenzhen Laund is very good Receptionists were excellent but foreigners found difficult as some of them don't speak English English speaking Receptionist would be Expected for Holidays Inn type of hotel

Hotel situated at a very quiet location with a few eateries within walking distance. Good breakfast selection. Room is big. Need to hail Didi for transportations to other locations, but luckily the rides are cheap and affordable. Great service by the cleaning lady at the 11th floor, she was very thorough in her cleaning duty.

An absolutely excellent stay! The hotel itself is wonderful. The manager was exceptionally nice and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and clearly prepared with great care. Dining in the restaurant was a highlight, offering beautiful views. All staff were incredibly polite and responded promptly to every request. Highly recommend!

Fantastic hotel! Extremely happy I chose to stay there this time. Clean, quiet, awesome breakfast buffet. The only challenge is it’s a little distance from the metro, but a taxi gets you there or downtown Futian for like $3, so no biggie. And as most places, don’t expect staff to speak fluent English, but again no biggie
