A localização é maravilhosa mas a equipe de funcionários é totalmente despreparada, problemas desde o check in, muita dificuldade para encontrarem uma reserva. No dia seguinte, fui abordada no café da manhã pela responsável pela equipe, enquanto me servia, informando que não possuía direito ao café da manhã, sendo que a minha reserva era com café incluso. Mostrei a reserva a ela, mas não suficiente, tive que ir até a recepção do hotel para comprovar e mesmo assim, não foi fácil e rápido de resolver. Situações extremamente constrangedoras e desagradáveis. Nós achamos uma experiência péssima.
