IMPOSSIBLE TO LIVE 不能再接受租住

very bad and terrible experience, found the cockroaches on my pillow and bed, even the pantry and toilet, all around the apartment in the mid night. Very bad service and impolite staff, my family need to find another hotel after argued in the morning about 3:00 非常不愉快及嚇人的經驗, 半夜發現枕頭, 床鋪及週圍都是小曱甴, 還要跟沒禮貌的服務員理論超過一小時後才得到退回部份的房租, 一家大小半夜三點另尋覓其他酒店
