Rude Staff

I got to the hotel and they claim I didn’t have a reservation. I had to argue with two front desk employees and even show them my reservation confirmation in my phone. They still didn’t believe me but eventually allowed me to check in. I requested a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke. The room was ok but not very sound proof. The day I left there was a new girl in the desk and she was nice. I would not stay there again.
