Staff and hotel was amazing I also like to hotel during our stay. But on our entry to hotel lady called Ms Çiğdem attitude towards us was not good, she forced us call ebookers and pay additional €350 for my 3rd child who is 3 yr old.(last year they didn’t ask any extra). This was very unpleasant.
