From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The location couldn’t be better, it’s within walking distance to so many great spots, including restaurants, shops, and popular attractions. It made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable without needing transportation. The hotel itself is clean, and very comfortable. My room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed.

I’ve been to the Island a few times and I’ve even stayed at Sonesta Ocean Spa, but I simply have a love for Hilton Flamingo. Its proximity to various restaurants is ideal. Most of the staff are pretty friendly. Special shout out to Lovely, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Rooms are pristine. The only downside would be the ladies trying to get you to watch a timeshare presentation. I get that everyone has to hustle, but it’s vacation. If you ask a guest twice about a timeshare and they haven’t made themselves available it should be left alone. Beyond that, it’s a great spot to share.

Rooms are very nice - spacious, clean and comfortable. The beach is perfect and perfect for floating or swimming as well as snorkeling. Reception staff excellent. We enjoyed the quick meals at the on-site beach restaurant although service kind of slow, best place right beside the hotel is Juliette’s We ate there 3 times during our two weeks as food delicious, excellent service and prices good. Only down side is the road conditions to access the hotel, they need to give some serious consideration as pretty bad and not good for walking on either.
