The Hilton Grand on Flamingo road is in a prime location. We had an ocean view room which was awesome! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was nice to have a kitchen: I will definitely go back to this hotel.

Perfect location, not far from the popular spots (bars/casinos) and there is an affordable supermarket right across the street. Staff were great and the room was clean. My only con is there being only one restaurant on the property but there are others close by

Even though I paid for my stay in advance, my reservation was cancelled by the Hotel. Due to an unexpected storm all flights to the island was cancelled. I received no notification from the hotel nor hotels. Com I had to pay for a new accommodation costing me an additional $457.89. I would like to be fully refunded what I paid initially please.

This receptionist Yohanna Richardson was very unprofessional. She was rude and disrespectful. She refused to rebook my reservation, which was caused by my flight delay due to a storm on the Island. I was never notified of the cancellation, neither by email text nor phone call. I had already paid for the initial booking, which was non refundable.

The room was not ready for 4:00 PM check-in. The room was clean, as pictured and in fairly decent condition. The grounds and pool area were well maintained. The beach was nice with calm waters for swimming or snorkeling. The surrounding area has many dining and grocery options close by. The staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful.
