The room was SO CLEAN!! I have OCD and I Lysol wiped all the shelves before putting any of my things down and not a speck of dirt was seen on the bright white wipe. 90% of the staff were so pleasant, only a few older men were grumpy and obviously not happy. Other than that, we were treated wonderfully. The neighboring resort we spent a lot of time at as well and they were fabulous. Only slight concern is my husband’s sweater went mysteriously missing from our room. We never had anything laundered and he never wore it (it’s a sweater) because of how warm it was daily. I would 100000% stay at this resort again though. It was a great overall experience.

We had some delays during check in but the ocean facing king suite was great. Clean, lots of space, close to several dining options and a marina with some day trips for snorkeling or sailing.

Downside:The smoke detectors have a blinding blinking night all night long, (asked about it at front desk-never heard back) the rooms smell, the bed is uncomfortable, the building is a looong way from the pool (assigned a room in a bldg up the road from pool & main bldgs). Upside: Room was clean, had everything we needed, had a large balcony to sit on (smidge of a view).

I stayed at the Hilton Flamingo Beach for four nights and had an amazing experience. The front desk staff were outstanding from the moment I arrived. Kenica and Sharda made my check-in process smooth and effortless, and they even helped me with my bags, which was greatly appreciated. During my stay, I also met Kimberly at the front desk, and she was phenomenal. She assisted me with dinner reservations and arranging taxis, making everything so easy and stress-free. The beach staff were just as wonderful. Jean Rony and Mr. Joseph were incredibly kind and helpful, always assisting with beach chairs and umbrellas and ensuring we were comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for such an amazing stay. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of.

Great stay in garden view king suite. Pleasant surprise that it had a large balcony with table, chairs and lounger. Beach front quite nice with sandy beach some rocks but overall nice. Close to a lot of restaurants or make your own in suite with nicely equipped kitchen. Had a great stay here and would go back!
