The house is distributed on two floors, on the lower floor is the kitchen, the living room with fireplace and exposed beams on the roof, two bedrooms with bathroom and a single bathroom, the upper floor is occupied by the third bedroom, with a toilet and views over the town.

The house is fully furnished, has a covered porch and an outdoor terrace where you can hold lunches or dinners in the light of the moon. It has a rustic barbecue with good views and an orchard with oranges and lemons that give color and beauty to the garden, is next to a sports field and public pool.

Saturday is the preferred day for change but this can be flexible.

The house has 135 square meters and 600 square meters of garden with orange, lemon and tomatoes (only in season) thirty kilometers from the airport


The house is located on the outskirts of the village in a very quiet area. It is located near a sports field with, soccer field, swimming pool, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, playground for children and velodrome. Very bright and spacious house, recently renovated. In the garden there are fruit trees, orange trees, lemon trees, fig trees, olive trees and when it is season there are tomatoes and peppers planted for their salads .... It has beautiful views of the town of Sineu.

This cottage offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this Sineu cottage.
