A charming farmhouse with a swimming pool in the heart of the island



This beautiful country house is located 4 kilometres from the town of Sineu, in the heart of the island. The house offers space for 4 people.

It has two comfortably furnished bedrooms. One with a double bed, another with bunk beds and capacity for 3 people and a bathroom. The living room and dining room, bright and cosy, invite you to stay. The outdoor area with well-maintained lawn and comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue invite you to relax. One must not forget the pleasant neighbourhood, the small donkey "Luis" who is always happy with pleasant visitors.

During the high season, it is possible that flight noise may increase.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)

Lovely little Finca, away from it all

Beautiful little Finca in the middle of no where, but only a 10 minute drive to Sineu. We really enjoyed our stay. The Finca is beautiful from the outside, but really modern and tasteful inside with all the facilities and equipment to make your stay as easy as possible. There’s also the owners friendly Donkey Luis to keep you company in the adjacent field, which the kids loved. The only downside is the lack of air con and the 500 metre bumpy road to get to the villa itself. People have mentioned the flight path noise, but we did not find this an issue. Would stay again.
