I have stayed at the apartments a few times before and they provide exactly what I need when staying in Sitges. They are roomy and comfortable, with good access to the beach and a very pleasant wander down the seafront to the town centre. The pool is great and the staff very helpful. The facility to use a bike whilst there is also great. This is the first time I have been where they have had the new on-site reception and this is a real improvement also. Another great stay and I’ll definitely be staying there again in the future!

The apartment was okay. The bathroom was dirty and had mold on the ceiling. It was also very noisy, all we heard was babies crying, people talking, footsteps all night long. To make matters worse, the air conditioning only worked when we rigged it with a magnet as the doors didn't close properly.

You book a hotel because you look at a location, and then you discover you had to take a taxi to go and pick up keys from another location because it is half an hour walk each direction. And then you discover there are at least two guys on the premises when you artículo ve at midnight. And you don’t even need people at this time and age. You add the time lost and taxi fare and you ask why? Total disrespect! Then there are no soaps to wash your hands after you are in toilet you have to walk in shower to get a douche gel. You turn on AC and then it smels sewage! All in all, not a good experience

Inaccurate information and noisy

Hotel’s lobby is a mile away from the actual accommodation, never stated it on the booking had to check in at 1:45 am due to delayed flight arrival only to find out the check in area and actual room are miles apart. Woke up to the sound of loud banging due to construction on our building that was also hidden from us when booking.

Dont walk, run (away)

So lets begin with check in, which is at a completely different location from the actual location of the apartment (read the fine print) that is not within walking distance. Now if you’re travelling overseas i’d let you know not to pack light cus theres 5 floors and no elevator. Lets get to the actual room. The door locks you in, the “double” bed we had was actually 2 twin beds- ON WHEELS- so dont get too close to the “middle of the bed” because they will separate, and you will fall. The showers look moldy and the fridge was dirty, it made me feel uncomfortable to put my things down in these places. The staff also questioned me about the duration of my stay when i asked for more towels before deciding if i would get any. When leaving to head out for the day, we were followed out and watched by one of the house keeping staff. When asked if she needed something from us, she gave me a dirty look, said no, and walked off. I’m sure there’s other things im missing, but long story short i would only contemplate staying here again if i was offered money.

Generally , room was acceptable and quite large , however, outside signature is not enough , wifi is poor in room , it was mentioned free WiFi in the website when I booked . I asked the reception by email ( no one answer the phone ) and was told only working in common area like swimming pool and garden. At this time of the year , can’t stay outside to use WiFi

Apartment was clean and in good condition. The only problem is that you have to pick the keys up at no so near place (almost 15 minutes walk)
