This charming holiday home offers a perfect combination of comfort and modern facilities. Situated on a peaceful plot of 1007 square meters, this house was built in 1994 and modernized in 2017, ensuring that the facilities are up to date. With a house area of 61 square meters, there is room for up to 6 people.



The house has an inviting atmosphere and is ideal for both relaxation and social gatherings. The spacious living area is equipped with a comfortable wood-burning stove, which creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler days. In addition, there is a heat pump that can also function as air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable temperature all year round. For those who want to enjoy the good weather, there is a lovely enclosed terrace where you can relax with a good book or enjoy meals al fresco.



The well-equipped kitchen contains all the necessary appliances, including a microwave, oven, ceramic hob and fridge, making cooking a breeze. There is also a 30-litre freezer, so there is plenty of space for storing food. For those who want to enjoy a barbecue, there is a barbecue and a fire pit available, making it possible to prepare delicious meals under the open sky.



When it comes to the bedrooms, the house offers two comfortable double bedrooms as well as a cozy alcove with 2 sleeping places, best suited for children, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
