"I had stayed here in hope that the four stars was a good sign. On the first day I ordered food from the hourglass bar and restaurant. They brought my starter and main course out at the same time they then took the main back and instead of cooking my steak fresh for when I wanted it they reheated the original one which made the steak very chewy and unpleasant. I then used the restroom to the left of the lobby and it was a mess (I have taken pictures). My room was supposed to be a superior queen bed… it was a double bed. The bathroom door had obviously been broken down and was held back together with screws which I caught my coat on. The shower was dirty and the cleaning overall was below a three star standard. I believe that the four stars that it has on the building was from a while ago as the standards set this weekend was a more of a two star. I will not be staying there again. The price was really high for this when I could get a budget hotel with the same standard"
