Hei, Kiitos palautteestasi ja olemme todella pahoillamme, että näin on käynyt juuri teille. Normaalisti koiran kanssa liikkuvat ovat hyvin asiallisia ja koirat opetettu olemaan hiljaa hotellihuoneissa. Meillä on hotellissa muutamia koirahuoneita keskikerroksen ja alakerran päätyhuoneissa, joista ulosmeno lemmikin kanssa on mahdollisimman helppoa. Tiettyjä huonetyyppejä on hotellissa vain rajallinen määrä 2-3 ja sen vuoksi aina sijoittelu pois lemmikkihuoneen vierestä ei onnistu. Viestissä ei ollut mainintaa mikä huone oli kyseessä eikä myöskään päivää, joten tältä osin emme voi koirahuoneessa olijaa informoida ilmoitetusta häiriöstä. Olemme todella pahoillamme aiheutuneesta häiriöstä ja yritämme parantaa toimintatapojamme tältä osin. Ystävällisin terveisin, Hotelli Auroran henkilökunta
