The apartment enjoys sun all day, overlooking the bay of Port de Sóller and the mountains and is located on a hill above the harbor in a quiet area, but close to shops and restaurants and beach, the amenities are within walking distance distance (3-4 minutes)) or 15 minutes on foot.
A well maintained community pool with terrace is also located in the complex.

Distances: Nearby are the attractive mountain villages of Fornalutx and Biniaraitx, while a little more along the coast is Deia. Sóller and the port are about 30 minutes drive from Palma airport, have good connections with rail, tram and bus services.

Changeover day: Flexible We understand that flights are often a more reasonable price during the week, but it is a function of other reservations. Arrival after 3 pm, departure before 10 am less than by prior arrangement.
Puerto de Soller: it is a coastal city in the northwest of Mallorca, only about 5 kilometers from Sóller. Its bright location in an almost circular bay, protected by rocks on both sides of the passage to the sea. Today you can find excursion boats, yachts and sailboats. Every afternoon at 5 p.m. fishermen arrive at Puerto de Sóller with some of their catches still alive.
