Fantastic Apartment “Casa Paqui”with Sea View, Mountain View & Wi-Fi
Situated in a very central area of Port de Sóller, only a few metres from the sea, the beautiful apartment “Casa Paqui” is perfect for memorable holidays in the scenic northwest of Mallorca. The 120 m² apartment consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a coin operated air conditioning (only in the living area, hallway and upstairs bedroom). The bedrooms on the ground floor do not have air conditioning, but they have ceiling fans and an air conditioning split is located on the corridor and cools off the bedrooms.
From the balcony with a small table on the first floor of the finely furnished apartment, you will have a great view of the bay, with the glistening blue sea and the mountains in the background - a brilliant spot to start your day with a cup of coffee. In addition, the private outdoor area on the ground floor boasts a gorgeous open terrace with seating furniture and a sunshade, between a cooling stone wall and greenery. Here you can relax after a long day at the beach and spend the evenings with home-cooked dinners and a glass of wine. The property boasts a private swimming pool.
The beach is a mere 4-minute walk (350 m) away, next to the marina, and supermarkets, shops, cafés and restaurants are all within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Mallorca’s vibrant capital Palma is only a 40-minute drive (30 km) from Port de Sóller and certainly worth visiting. The airport lies just outside Palma, 40 km or a 37-minute, away.
Pets, parties or similar events are no allowed.
