Majorcan villa with Mediterranean ambience and dream views of the picturesque harbor, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, wifi.
Contemporary Mediterranean architectural style. Approx. 200 sqm covered area on 2 floors, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 3 bathrooms (1 en suite), spacious living and dining area with dream views of the harbor and the sea, 2x Loewe TV, Apple TV, open kitchen with cooking island (SMEG, gas), BOSCH fridge/freezer and dishwasher, MIELE washing machine and dryer, separate storage room. Central heating. All rooms have separate air conditioners. High-quality, individual furnishings with loving details.
Outdoor area with terrace and lounge, large dining table for 6-8 people and pool on the living level with outdoor kitchen, charcoal grill. Two shaded dining areas on the large terrace as well as poolside with seating for 4 + 6. Unsurpassed panoramic views of the harbor and sea from the terrace and upper level, and direct sunset views of the west coast. The property borders at the back directly on a large undeveloped nature reserve with pine forests and olive groves.
The house is located in a quiet residential area / cul-de-sac, it is only about 400 m to the beach promenade. Enough parking spaces in front of the house. Excellent restaurants within walking distance (6 min).
Forest and hiking trails, museums, farmer's markets, excursions, water sports, boat and yacht rentals in the marina, tennis, golf, yoga, children's playgrounds, botanical gardens, churches and much more are available on site or nearby.
The house has just been prepared for rental and has been generously renovated to a high standard. Bookings can be cancelled free of charge in any case within the first 24 hours.
After booking you will receive comprehensive information about the house, restaurant tips and detailed directions. Upon arrival, you will be personally greeted by our house manager and introduced to the house. We welcome our guests with a selection of delicious products from the valley, or the island: white and red wine, olive oil, orange marmalade, and much more.
Per booking there is a final cleaning fee on site. We will arrange a cleaning company for this. They will charge 250 Euro in cash for it.
TIP: Sometimes we give substantial discounts at short notice for free days in the booking calendar. Check it out, it's worth it!
Our house manager and janitor are available for our guests if needed during their stay.
Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for wheelchair users. The house has a free accessible pool and a free standing staircase, see photos. Children welcome! At your own risk.
