Traditional Mallorcan house located in an idyllic area of Mallorca, in the valley of Sóller and close to the charming village of Fornalutx and the beautiful village Binaraix. The house has four spacious double bedrooms, plus 2 bathrooms, fitted kitchen, living room, entrance and dining area, on a total of 2 floors. The house also has a cozy garden with a fantastic swimming pool. It has private parking, air conditioning in the rooms, several terraces, fans and wifi.
The house is part of a beautifully restored traditional Mallorcan estate, divided into two completely independent units, both dedicated to holiday rentals. Each unit has its own private entrance and exclusive outdoor area, ensuring privacy and a peaceful stay at all times.
A 5 minute drive from the center of Soller, 5 minutes from Fornalutx, 10 minutes from Puerto de Soller and the beaches, or 40 minutes from Palma or the airport.
An excellent base for exploring the island, and in the middle of the beautiful landscapes and hiking trails of the Serra de Tramontana - World Heritage Site.
