The Fetget property, located in the northeast of Mallorca, is a spectacular rustic finca that perfectly combines the charm of traditional Mediterranean Mallorcan style with contemporary lines and a modern, functional interior fully equipped with all comforts. Surrounded by nature and tranquillity, it offers a privileged setting with a swimming pool, garden, and open views of the sea and the mountains. The house also features WiFi internet throughout and a heating system, ensuring maximum comfort all year round.

The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, upon entering the property, you are welcomed by a large open-plan space divided into different areas: entrance hall, cosy living room with fireplace, sitting area, dining room, and a spacious fully equipped kitchen. From here, there is direct access to the outdoor porch, an ideal space to enjoy sunny breakfasts or pleasant al fresco dinners. In front of the porch lies the large swimming pool, surrounded by lawn and offering beautiful open views of the sea and the mountains.

On this same floor, there are two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of them en suite, as well as a guest toilet.

The entire upper floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, which features its own private terrace with spectacular open views of the sea, the surrounding countryside, and the mountains.

The finca is set on a plot of approximately 7,000 m², surrounded by the typical Mallorcan countryside, ensuring privacy, peace, and an authentic connection with nature.

For golf lovers, this property is an ideal location, as four prestigious 18-hole golf courses are located nearby: Pula Golf and Golf Son Servera, as well as Canyamel Golf and Capdepera Golf, all within just 10–15 minutes by car.

Within the same short drive, you can also reach some of the most beautiful beaches on the east coast of the island, such as Costa de los Pinos, Cala Bona, Cala Millor and Sa Coma, with their long sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, marinas, promenades, restaurants, shops, and a wide range of activities for all ages.

The nearby village of Son Servera, with its authentic Mallorcan character, offers all necessary services year-round, as well as a pleasant local atmosphere, traditional markets, and an excellent gastronomic scene. Cala Millor, on the other hand, is one of the liveliest tourist destinations in the area, ideal for both families and those seeking the perfect combination of beach, leisure, and services.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation, except for dog breeds considered dangerous. Pets up to 10 kg are accepted.
