With an inviting, rustic, natural ambience, the slightly elevated Can Pistola welcomes its guests with a marvellous view. The entire 35,000 m² estate offers many possibilities when it comes to finding beautiful places to sit and linger. From these little spots, you can also enjoy the marvellous distant views and leave your everyday worries far behind. A large lawn planted with palm trees and other Mediterranean plants, small paths and walls as well as a variety of seating options characterise the spacious outdoor area. In the warmer months, it is so tempting and easy to simply take all meals outside. The numerous open and covered terrace areas can be used for this. Perhaps you can enjoy the beautiful scenery at breakfast and set up the dining table so that everyone can enjoy the best view. In the evening, you can indulge in a hearty BBQ to your heart's content and cook and enjoy fresh regional delicacies together as a group. The pool, which is secured by a fence, is in a panoramic position and is surrounded by a lovely lounge area. The pool is easily accessed via a staircase. Four comfortable loungers are available for extended relaxation under the blue sky. Depending on the time of day, you will also find breezy, naturally shady spots in and around the grounds.



The interior of the villa has been lovingly furnished and exudes a high degree of cosiness. Light-coloured walls, exposed ceiling beams and lots of wood contribute significantly to this charming ambience. Carefully selected decor complements the cosy atmosphere. The large central room successfully combines the living and dining areas. The sofa and armchairs are a wonderful place to relax, perhaps with a good book or an entertaining film, as the TV is also installed here. On chilly evenings, the fireplace provides additional warmth and a cosy atmosphere. The solid dining table is ideal for eating together indoors. The spacious kitchen is right next door and has everything you need for your daily needs, including a kettle and filter coffee machine. A good night's sleep can be found in the two cosy bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. Guests have a total of three beds at their disposal, one measuring 1.50 x 2.00 metres and two measuring 0.90 x 1.90 metres. The bathrooms are both functional and very cosy. An iron and a hairdryer are available on site.



We have already mentioned this, but it really must be emphasised that the location and views of this villa are truly unique. The holiday resorts of Cala Millor, Canyamel, Cala Rajada, Capdepera and Artà can be reached very quickly and easily by car. One of the nearest beaches is located in Costa de los Pinos and is only about 5 kilometres away. Here you will find a natural, unspoilt coastline with inviting bathing spots, coves and hiking trails. Villa Can Pistola is situated in an absolutely idyllic location in the north-east of the island, just 6 kilometres north-east of the small village of Son Servera. It offers fantastic panoramic views of the mountains and the sea to the east. Son Servera is one of the most popular holiday resorts on Mallorca, not least due to its beautiful beaches. Various golf courses, restaurants and shopping facilities can be found not far from the villa.
