Modern villa with private pool and beautiful garden, welcoming up to 6 guests.
The beautiful and very well maintained exterior of the house represents an idyllic space thanks to its environment surrounded by nature. The chlorine pool measures 10x4 metres and has a depth of between 0.80 metres and 1.55 metres. The palm trees around the pool provide the ideal shade for relaxing on one of the sun loungers in the house. The porch of the house is perfect for enjoying meals prepared on the barbecue in the garden, as it is fully furnished.
Distributed on one floor, the spacious interior begins with a living-dining room with two sofas ideal for spending the evening watching series on the Smart TV. It has a table where you can eat with all the guests the delicious dishes prepared in the vitro-ceramic kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it is time to sleep, the house has 3 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other two with two single beds. All the bedrooms have wardrobes where you can store your clothes during your stay. Finally, the house has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. You can make use of the washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided.
This villa is located in the quiet countryside area of Cala Millor, a picturesque coastal village in Mallorca. There you will find a variety of bars and restaurants where you can sample the rich local gastronomy. For beach lovers, this house is ideal as it is only 1 km away from the beach of Cala Bona. You will also find an extensive promenade with numerous shops where you can take pleasant strolls in the sea breeze.
