The beautiful holiday home “Finca Rafal” is located in the countryside near Son Servera, Mallorca, and impresses guests with its charming outdoor area and its bright and beautifully-decorated interiors. It consists of a cozy living room, a well-equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining area with a long table and a fireplace, 5 bedrooms (3 with 2 single beds each, 2 with queensize beds), as well as 4 bathrooms and an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite television, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair. The absolute highlight of the property is its spacious outdoor area where you will find a long swimming pool, sun loungers, a balinese bed ideal to relax under the sun with a good book, a barbecue where you can prepare delicious dishes and a covered terrace with a dining table. On the first floor there is another terrace where you can start the day with a warm cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful landscape that surrounds the house. The closest shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are in Artà, just an 8-minute drive away (5.1km), while the closest beach, Platja de sa Marjal, can be reached after 12 minutes driving (8.8km). If you want to do something different on a warm summer day, and especially if you are traveling with children, you can visit the water parks Splash World and La Reserva (15 minutes by car; 12.5km on average). The airport of the island can be reached after 58 minutes driving (70.5km).
