Love the view, and the fact they offered the shuttle is an amazing feauture because is very uphill and far from the town to go on foot or too expensive for an uber. and the AC actually works. staff is very helpfull and friendly. specially a young blonde short hair lady, has the night shift. so sweet.

Quiet, way up in the mountains, beautiful grounds. They have a shuttle you can prebook to take you close to the piazza however they don't tell you to take the stairs across the street then go right which is a short walk to piazza or take the street by the hotel where you wait and this way you avoid stairs, but it is steep uphill but for me better than stairs. All in all fabulous would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Hotel Prestige was excellent from start to finish. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with any request, which made us feel truly welcomed. The breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The shuttle service was punctual and reliable, making transportation stress-free and convenient. The entire property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. Overall, Hotel Prestige exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Don't forget to see the sunrise at the balcony, beautiful!

I'm going to leave the review of the hotel that I wish I had seen before I booked it. First, let me say that the staff is top notch. Helpful and friendly with everything asked. The room is adequate; large and colorful...but hardest pillows I have ever had. The balcony offers an amazing view of the city and bay below, but the traffic noise makes is impossible to enjoy sitting outside. Amazing sunsets and view of Mount Vesuvius. Breakfast is fine. I booked knowing this hotel was out of town. We wanted a quieter out of town experience to relax (with the traffic noise - not so quiet). But booked with the knowledge that the hotel says it has a shuttle service both ways to town. The problem is....the shuttle service is limited. Doesn't start early enough for a morning boat tour, doesn't run mid-day for a mid-day tour. All the tours start downtown. This required us to have a private car at the cost of 60 euro to pick us up in the morning and take the city bus twice to town. The bus is fine and inexpensive....but you are then running on the bus time. The hotel staff also kindly arranged car service from the airport to the hotel and back to the train station in Naples. Advertised price is 115 euros, but we were charged 140. Not sure why the difference. Of course, we also tipped the driver. I only point this out, because you should be aware that there may be additional fees.

Great small hotel overlooking Sorrento

Great hotel, fantastic staff who couldnt do enough for you. Good breakfast, great pool area, free shuttle bus into town and useful restaurant for those evenings you stayed in.

Was a nice view, but very far away from town - the food was the shuttle offered free of charge - but you have to make your schedule around that. However our AC didn’t work for 2 nights out of 5 and we were given lamé explanations - that the electricity doesn’t come from town when other rooms had their AC working with no problems- instead of trying to sort the problem. Or at least given some kind of perks.
